The Space

Amazing location, very close to city center but also well placed for exploring coast. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Newly built multipurpose studio. All modern conveniences you could require with great broad band connection. Open plan space with moving/folding furniture to create multi spaces. Fully fitted kitchette, shower and wc wetroom

Guest Access

Entrance to studio via side of house. Off street car parking and back entrance for easy access to shopping & amenities.

Interaction with Guests

As much as they require. We will give people their own space, but there will always be someone on hand for any eventuality ;)

The Neighbourhood

Friendy, well established community. Lots of families. Tree lined streets. Marino was Irelands first residential development, based on 'garden-city' design, traffic is minimised & all homes planned around centrally located green spaces. Marino is a lovely neighbourhood to walk around, with super amenities, coffee shops, library, great specialist food shops, park with newly built playground and a 50 meter pool across the road. Easy access to Croke Park Stadium.

Getting Around

Super frequent buses in & out of city (every two minutes). Train Station 4 mins walk. With such close proximity to city center we recommend cycling. We have two bikes (with child seat if required) for your use, free of charge. Very convenient to airport- 15 mins taxi ride.

Other Things to Note

Studio contains a fold down double bed. A second bed can be prepared upon request (sofa bed).
